Rates
Base rates (i.e. the price for 1 - 2 guests) range from $395 per night (June-August) to $575 per night (peak season^). A fee of $100 per night applies for each additional guest for up to a max. 4 guests in total.
Minimum stay duration will vary depending upon the time of year, from 2 - 4 nights.

The Property
The Mariner offers bright and open plan oceanfront holiday accommodation set by the seaside at Falmouth, Tasmania, approximately 30min north of Bicheno and 45min south of the Bay of Fires on the Great Eastern Drive. The property is located within driving distance from Launceston and Hobart airports - approximately 1.5 hours from Launceston airport, or around 2 hours from Hobart airport by car.

The property sleeps up to 4 guests in two king-sized bedrooms (including a master bedroom with en-suite) and one bedroom with queen bed (all complete with ceiling fans and plush King Koil mattresses), and boasts clean Scandinavian styling with a coastal twist, and original artwork throughout.

There is a sunny rear courtyard with kitchen garden, barbecue facilities, and overlooking the ocean a large elevated private deck with outdoor dining.

A Grown Up Stay

The Mariner is ideally suited to adult stays, and as such we offer accommodation for adults only.

Accommodation Options

When you stay at the Mariner, we will make either one, two or all three bedrooms available for your use, depending upon guest numbers.

For bookings of 2-4 guests an additional bedroom may be purchased for $100 per night if required.

1 Bedroom (Master bedroom)
  • Bookings for up to 2 guests enjoy the spacious king-sized master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and walk-in-robe.
  • An additional bedroom may be purchased as required if guests prefer separate bedrooms.
2 Bedrooms
  • 3-4 guests are provided with 2 king-sized bedrooms as standard.
  • An additional bedroom may be purchased as required.
3 Bedrooms
  • 3-4 guests are provided with 2 king-sized bedrooms, plus a third bedroom with queen bed.
Please Note: Depending on the number of guests and your individual needs, either one, two or three bedrooms will be made available during your stay - if only 1 or 2 bedrooms are needed we close off the unused rooms.
